We're looking for two dynamic, motivated individuals to join our sales team – one at Blackstone Motors Dundalk and one at Blackstone Motors Cavan. This is a fantastic opportunity for both experienced sales professionals and driven self-starters with no car sales experience who are ready to learn and succeed.

Pay: €30,000.00 - €55,000.00 per year

Location: Dundalk Retail Park, Inner Relief Road, Dundalk, Co. Louth
or Unit 17, Kilmore Business Park, Dublin Road, Killygarry, Co. Cavan

What you’ll do:

• Build lasting relationships with customers, guiding them through the sales process from initial enquiry to handing over the keys.
• Showcase our fantastic range of new and used vehicles, highlighting their features and benefits.
• Manage and follow up on leads to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Provide a first-class customer experience that reflects our dealership's reputation for quality and service.

What we need:

• A positive attitude and a passion for providing great customer service.
• Excellent communication skills and a knack for connecting with people.
• A full, clean driver's license.
• A strong work ethic and the desire to be a top performer.
